Ana Silveira
Division President, Operational Excellence

Ana brings over 25 years’ experience in the dialysis industry, with a strong clinical background and a proven track record of driving results focused on operational excellence, including culture and retention. Prior to joining USRC she was General Manager of the Western Group at Fresenius Kidney Care with oversight of 320 facilities including Standalone Home Programs and Inpatient Services. Most recently, Ana has added Alaska Dialysis as part of the West Division.

Jocelyn Saccamago
Vice President, Operational Excellence

Jocelyn was born in the Philippines. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Banking, Finance and Accounting from Far Eastern University, Manila. With a career spanning 17 years in Philadelphia & Delaware, acting as Accounting Supervisor, Administrator and then Regional Manager at Fresenius Kidney Care. Jocelyn's journey extended to Asia Pacific, where she served as Business Director, envisioning the integration of products and services in Manila, Philippines. In 2010, She took the role of Director of Operations in Houston, Texas overseeing both in-center and Acute operations for 3 years. Beginning in July 2013, she served as a Regional Vice President for dialysis clinics in Hawaii and acquired Guam facilities in 2020. She served as RVP for 10 years. As of February 2024, Jocelyn started a new journey with US Renal Care and Satellite and most recently, Alaska Dialysis.

Debbie Lachance
Director of Human Resources

Debbie brings over 30 years of extensive experience in human resources, recruiting, payroll, and HRIS to her role as Director of Human Resources at Liberty Administrative Services, LLC. In this capacity, she collaborates with Alaska Dialysis and various nephrology practices nationwide.
Before joining Liberty Dialysis in 2009, Debbie gained valuable experience across diverse industries including hospitality, manufacturing, and the non-profit sector. Besides her professional endeavors, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and volunteering with the local animal shelter.

Cassie Fees
Director of Operations

Cassie is a Board-Certified Nurse Executive. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Nursing at Nebraska Methodist College and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Baylor University. Cassie began her career in dialysis in 2008. She has held various roles within the dialysis industry ranging from Patient Care Technician, Registered Nurse, Charge Nurse, Clinical Manager, Area Manager and Director of Operations. Cassie has a passion for caring for patients with chronic kidney disease. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors in the boat or on the snow machine with her husband and son.

Julie Lee
Director of Operations

Julie has spent 16 of her 17 years of nursing in dialysis. The bulk of these years in Home Dialysis. She found it easy to quickly falling in love with the care and population of dialysis patients. Providing these patients with necessary skills, knowledge, confidence, and support to return to their homes, communities, and families and perform their life-sustaining treatment was the nursing care she dreamed of providing. Over the years she has moved into many leadership roles, Charge RN, Home Therapies Manager and now Director of Operations, but her passion has remained, to provide exceptional care to our patients and our staff.
